The routing check for cooling system and powder deposit systems is implemented after every wear plate is made.   

The XGG’s overlay chemistry specified by our engineers is superior to Australian  standards. The formula testing and blending are carried out at our factory.

Each plate is visually inspected for quality and manually checked for flatness. Random samples are tested for chemistry, hardness and micro-structure in the Metallurgical Laboratory.

Laboratory Capabilities

Spectrometry, disc sand wearness test machine, macro hardness test tool and ultrasound test are equipped for quality control.
