XGG overlay plate cannot be machined by ordinary methods because the hardness on overlay side. Plasma arc cutting or carbon arc gouging can be used to remove the hard layer before machining the baking plate.

The best way to make counter sink holes is by Electric Discharge Machining(EDM)

Please contact our engineers if you don’t have EDM to make counter sink holes.
